Job Description:

 

 Purpose: The purpose of this position is to serve Sun King beer and merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• • Serve Sun King beer in pints, growlers, crowlers and flights 
• • Maintain retail area focusing on selling to go beer and merchandise 
• • Assist customers with beer selection and questions 
• • Answer questions about the company and represent the Sun King brand 
• • Perform opening and closing duties as necessary 
• • Maintain cleanliness, appearance and organization of the tasting room 
• • Ensure proper operation of the P.O.S. system 
• • Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

 

 Qualifications/Requirements: 

• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• • Excellent customer service skills 
• • Strong interpersonal skills 
• • Strong time management skills 
• • Knowledge of craft beer 
• • Valid ATC server’s permit 

 

Education/Training/Experience: 

Prior customer service experience
